How the index works
About the Index
Kids Book Index connects published reading lists to clear, individual book records.
The list comes first.
We preserve the source organization, edition, audience section, and original source. We do not combine separate lists or turn source order into a ranking.
Each book gets one useful page.
A book page can bring together its description, reading measures, themes, list appearances, and one purchase link without splitting standard formats into separate recommendations.
Only collected facts are shown.
We do not invent a cover, reading level, summary, rank, or review score. A book page shows the details currently available for that title.
Paid-link disclosure.
Some book pages include a paid Amazon link. Those links are labelled “paid link.” As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
